Saying “I can’t”

Saying “I can’t” shuts your brain down. Game over.

Saying “How can I?” activates the very brain circuits you need to accomplish that task. Adventure awaits.

The tricky part is in noticing that you believe you can’t do something, because limiting beliefs are pre-verbal and unconscious.

For example, it’s likely you believe that you can’t make $20 million. You don’t even need to articulate it. You just know it.

Or do you?
